It rains here in Arizona a lot more than I thought it would (these pictures were taken last week). I left most of my winter and rain stuff in Ohio thinking I could go without it for awhile but I was obviously wrong haha. We managed to shoot one look before it started pouring and we had to find some shelter. Any guesses where these are taken in front of?!
Since I don’t have my big winter coats here (which I hate the look of anyway) the best way to stay warm is to layer! A light vest is perfect since it’s easy to take off and on throughout the day. Now this one is more fashionable than functional but I don’t need one that’s really warm here but I will link a warmer version too. I’ve had these riding boots for a ridiculously long time. Try to find a good pair of classic leather ones that you love. This is something I would splurge a little on because if you take care of them, you won’t be replacing them for a long time. These jeans have been getting a lot of wear again but they are definitely a good pair to stay warm in. They have distressed details but they are LINED. You can get the look of ripped jeans without the cool breeze coming through. Definitely a must have especially if you live where it snows. These are also just a favorite because I love how they fit and are really comfortable. If you’re looking for affordable jeans, try American Eagle’s jeggings (if you didn’t like their jeans before still try them because the jeggings are different!) Last but not least, the best fall/winter accessory… the hat! BEST WAY to hide a bad hair day (or frizzy hair from the rain) while still looking put together and cute.
